Would have to be an amazing experience for me to post a good review for a fast food joint. Went in this location this past Saturday morning. Probably the best most pleasant experience I've ever had. Amber (think that was her name) was super happy, chatty, and genuine. My take out order was right and, as chickfila should be, was tasty. Walked out of there happier than when I walked in. Bravo!

There is always a long line at the drive-thru at this location yet I always manage to get through it in under 5 minutes every time. I have never had a bad experience at this location. In fact, every experience has been well above average and the customer service is supreme. I rarely give fast food four stars so that says alot for this location.

Disappointed with the workers here. Was spoiled by the chick fil a we frequented 2-3 times a week for breakfast back in California I guess. These workers did not say "my pleasure" or do the best to explain themselves when I got the run around. I had one employee saying ok, then another saying no we don't do that we do however do this, then the manager finally coming out front and saying no both of the workers were wrong and what I wanted can not be done because they are following corporate. I am pretty sure that corporate would not throw a FIT considering plenty of other CFA's have managed to do what I asked about and nothing has happened (other than those restaurants getting my repeated business and me and my family eating a meal happily). I guess it just goes to show that YES they ARE ran individually and differently all over the country and some will go above and beyond to make a customer and her small child happy, while others just care about the bottom line. And no I was not asking for free food, nor a discount. all I wanted was a meal rang up in a way I know they can ring it up. Oh also when someone is calling to place a tray order of TWO LARGE mini trays, placing them on hold and then hanging up on them probably not the best thing to do. If you are in the area and have the time drive up to Summerville. They at least give the customer the respect and polite response Chick Fil A is known for along with making sure the customer is HAPPY. (side note: Since BOTH LOCATIONS are franchised out to the same person he might want to talk to his workers in Goose Creek about taking some lessons in customer care from his Summerville location).

Chick-Fil-A is just a great place to eat for fast food. Service is always great and I really like it when they have the Peach Milk Shake. The only thing is, closing on Sunday, what, no one ever told you that the Sabbath is Saturday.

Every time I go to this location it's exception ally fast and fresh I paid for my food went to walk away turned around remembered my drink and they handed me my food. It was literally 1 minute. The drive through is also fast and friendly and the store is clean.

It's Chick-fil-A. I think it's the hate and backwards right-wing-nut-jobery that makes everything taste so good. Sadly when my 7 year old just wants chicken nuggets and waffle fries, as a mom, it is really hard for me to stand on my evolved principles, and sense of equity. Don't judge me!!! The service is super fast, and super friendly. The food is always fresh and yummy. This Crunchy nut left wing liberal hates to admit it, but I do come here occasionally because my kid begs me... sorry Liberals everywhere!!! The play area is clean and safe. I can sit and eat at a slow leisurely pace with friends while my kid and her friends speedily eat and run off to the, super-safe indoor play area. This is a total winner if you are a mom with kid(s). So, while I try to not give these gay-hating-small-minded bigots too much of my hard earned money; occasionally I have to give in and just give my kid what she wants.

I'm not a fan of fast food nor familiar with Chick-fil-A, other than the fact that this location's drive thru almost always has a long line waiting. I stopped by this afternoon for a quick lunch and now I see why it's so popular. Friendly and sincere smiles on the folks who work there, the food was hot and delicious and fairly quick, considering how busy the place was. I'm impressed. Obviously a well-managed business. The employees seem to be happy, the customers were even polite as well! I'm going to have to stop here every so often, if for nothing more than the good feeling you get while there! Oh, and free wi-fi too!

Ate lunch here at 2:15. I got the #3 my wife got the #1. Took maybe 3 minutes. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. The food was awesome like normal. Usually a lot kids but not today. I would highly recommend this place!

Coffee was wonderful, yes wonderful. Maybe I was dying of thirst saying Chick-fil-A had yummy coffee but it was delicious. The staff and the service was amazing. They were so polite we called in to speak to the manager and compliment the young lady who took our order. The chicken breakfast biscuit was so hot and filling. We don't go to this business often because of it's choice words for some serious issues. But on this one occasion we were glad we stopped by there.
